Print-on-Demand Products (Printify)

All t-shirts and printed products are made to order, specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced, the following policy applies:

Not Accepted:

  • Returns due to wrong size or color selected by the customer
  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Size exchanges

We Cover:

  • Product received damaged
  • Manufacturing or printing error
  • Wrong item received

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@alphabeauty.shop or 347-650-0811 with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or refund upon review.

All Other Products

For non-print-on-demand items, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
